In compliance with agency policies/procedures and regulatory standards, and in cooperation with team members, ensure the systematic and efficient provision of clerical and financial functions of the IDC facility.
- In conjunction with appropriate team members, manage the personnel functions of an individual IDC to include maintenance of files for hourly employees and participation in the orientation process for new individuals served, restricted hourly employees, and staff.
- In compliance with agency policies/procedures, relevant IDC work/operating instructions, and regulatory standards, manage the payroll functions of an individual IDC. Responsible for strict adherence to Department of Labor Wage and Hour guidelines and knowledge of and compliance with Section 14c Sub-Minimum Wage Certificate. Coordinate with IDC Financial Services Specialist – Payroll as needed.
- Prepare/monitor IDC facility accounts receivables in a timely manner, including invoicing for services, contract sales, and transportation services. In collaboration with IDC Financial Services Specialist – Reimbursement, monitor aged accounts receivables and assist in collection efforts.
- In accordance with agency policies/procedures, manage all aspects of the IDC facility accounts payable system.
- Provide for administrative duties to include: ensure staff receive applicable controlled documents in a timely manner, ensure staff receive current payroll information on jobs; provide secretarial/receptionist services as needed/requested; order supplies for the office, facility, or production operations of the facility.
- Participate in meetings held for a variety of purposes including IDC administration and in-service training.
- Participate in the agency’s accident-prevention program and actively promote safe practices in the delivery of services and manufacturing of products.
- Provide supervision to assigned staff in such a way as to provide opportunities for professional development and to ensure effective and appropriate delivery of services and compliance to agency policies/procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum high school education or equivalent with three to five years related experience.
