The Marketing Project Manager coordinates editorial planning and produces original content in a variety of formats to publish through several channels, such as presentations, web, email, social media and newsletters to ensure audiences are kept informed and engaged. The Marketing Project Manager will also work closely with faculty and staff to optimize internal communications, including employee engagement and recognition activities. The Marketing Project Manager will also manage the organization analysis of shared files and internal stakeholder data to support the collegeâ??s effective and efficient operation of the college. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications Director within the collegeâ??s Marketing and Communications team. Specific duties include: â?? Manage communications and editorial calendars, including planning and tracking of activities for owned and earned media, including social media â?? Manage content for a variety of Poole College websites, including but not limited to Faculty and Staff site, Online Faculty and Staff Directory, Student/Alumni/Faculty/Staff Profiles, Poole News site â?? Coordinate communication pieces related to college signature events, including the Leadership and Innovation Showcase, Commencement and the Day of Giving; and support the development of communication pieces to support college units â?? Manage the development of the key Poole College e-newsletters for internal and external audiences and other mass email communications â?? Create presentations for college leadership, including College meetings, Board of Advisors meetings, University meetings â?? Maintain internal communications, including a shared file system for college documents; online faculty/staff resources; electronic billboards within Nelson Hall; online college faculty/staff directory

Minimum Qualifications:

MS Office skills: extremely strong skills creating and editing presentations, documents and spreadsheets
