Marketing Project Manager

Financial Grade, an insurance brokerage that specializes in Senior Health Insurance, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Project Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or RELATED field and a minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience.

-OR-

A minimum of 7 years Digital Marketing experience with a proven track record of success (must present awards and recognition from past employers).

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for all or part of these areas:

Tracking and responding to Zendesk inquiries

• Distributing leads through email or by upload to dialer

• Tracking leads through software or by Excel spreadsheets

• Analytics of various leads/lead sources for reallocation of funds, where applicable

• Creating, implementing and tracking various marketing campaigns

• Back-end business development, including nurturing newly formed partnerships and creation of partner collateral

• Creation and implementation of E-blasts

• Coordination of events, seminars/webinars

• Keeping organized reporting/tracking of invoices related to marketing

• Creating and ordering marketing flyers, business cards, and other needed print materials

• Keeping detailed and up-to-date project tracker

• Completing and sending daily reporting to management

• Storyboarding and video creation

• Monthly/quarterly digital and print cards for new client onboarding and client birthdays

• Website and social media nurturing and analytics

• Newsletters & Blogs as applicable

• Software implementation and tracking; correcting system within a timely manner

The primary purpose of this position is assisting, tracking, monitoring all marketing projects and ensuring they are meeting implementation deadlines with as little to no issues as possible.

Salary: $27.83 to $31.56 /hour
