Position Summary:

As the hospitality marketplace evolves digitally, technology plays a larger role enabling consumer, operator and client strategy. This vision and strategy need to be shared and demonstrated in growth opportunities, client engagements and business leadership meetings.

This position will be focused on Aramark’s growth initiatives and sales related activities. Partnering with the VPs of Growth in the Line of Business to better position our right to win in the hospitality marketplace. Presenting this vision directly to current and potential clients, so nothing is lost in translation for a more effective presentation.

Essential Functions:

  • Engage the VPs of Growth to build a winning strategy on client engagements (RFP Presentations, CBRs, Client meetings, etc.)
  • Envisions tech models for new accounts and can put all the pieces together to articulate the full story. Understands how tech impacts operations.
  • Develop a sustainable selling model for technology demonstrations that are flexible and efficient
  • Lead a team of digital architects who design technology strategies for individual accounts
  • Communicate needed tech capabilities that will enhance the right to win. Develop a sustainable business model that takes the needed tech capabilities into live POCs.
  • Advocate for the VPs of Growth.

Status and Scope:

  • This position reports to the VP – IT North America BRM.
  • Candidate can present complex technology concepts to non-technical clients and field leadership that enables the understand of the tech value.
  • Candidate also can communicate to a very technical client leader and communicate the intent back to the Growth or field teams, so they understand the needs or value of the client request.
  • Interfaces with all client levels from staff to management including Aramark, clients and external vendors.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • 10 years of IT experience in hospitality with proven ability to present and communicate to large audiences.
  • Ability to present a high-level vision as well as communicate how the vision impacts the client or operations in detail.
  • Envisions technology models and impacts to the consumer and operator experience.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
