AWS Activate is a program designed to help early stage startups build and grow successful businesses on AWS. The new AWS Activate service will allow startups of any size or stage to sign up for AWS Activate, and gain access to a new self-service interface, where they will get both technical and business guidance, training, education, content, benefits, rewards, business connections, and more. The AWS Activate console will surface these offerings through personalized recommendations to founders based on the unique qualities of their business (stage, funding round, geography, industry, technology, and more).
We are looking for a highly dynamic and forward thinking technical leader with impeccable judgement who can take what we’ve built so far to the next level.
As the Head of Product and Engineering for AWS Activate, you will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the AWS Activate Console, its features, and its supporting applications. You will manage a team of highly capable and diverse product managers, UX designers and software developers to help you deliver an unparalleled product experience to early stage startups all over the world. You will also be responsible for relentlessly working backwards from startups all over the world, and develop a deep understanding and empathy for what our startup customers need us to deliver to them through AWS Activate. You will measure your team’s output, iterate, improve, and continue to ship capabilities and features to early stage startup customers.
