Fitness Center Director

The Camp Transformation is a quickly growing fitness company with 120 locations nationwide and is headquartered in Chino Hills, CA. We specialize in weight loss, body transformations, and helping our clients create and maintain a healthy lifestyle revolved around fitness and nutrition. • Manage and oversee fitness programs.
• Maintain the Front Desk, Fitness/Group Class Area, Bathrooms, Supplement Display, etc.
• Oversee and manage a staff of 10-15 employees.
• Assist in recruiting and training new Staff.
• Call new leads/prospects.
• Assist with Appointments and Walk-Ins
• Assist with answering calls, texts, and e-mails.
• Hold and attend recurring monthly staff/training meetings.
• Always maintain a positive and upbeat demeanor.
• Meet multiple monthly sales goal
• Meet personal 45-day call per day requirement.
• Manage and oversee location’s 200 call per day goal
• Respond to all member concerns and/or comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Coach and mentor Staff to grow and be successful in their roles.
• Monitor and help process all Staff’s payroll

The Director is eligible for bonuses and commissions based on hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals.

The base salary is $54,000.00 plus bonuses and commission
