AREA COACH/ MULTI-UNIT MANAGEMENT

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Area Coach is a critical role. You will oversee our management team and be a part of their career growth. We are looking for someone that loves to develop a team and lead through others. As an Area Coach, you will focus on daily sales, training and restaurant operations including food cost, labor and guest satisfaction. This role lays the foundation for high performing restaurants and happy, motivated team members.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • You understand the business. You have at least one year of experience as a multi-unit manager and 4 years of restaurant management experience.
  • You engender excitement and employee buy in. You’re familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service by caring for your customer, your team.
  • You’re humble and ready to learn about what makes Golden Gate Bell different. You’re not afraid to jump in and help your team and lead them to the next level. Their success is your success.
