Director of Sales, The Design Network
The Design Network is looking for a NY – based, Ad Sales executive to lead sales with brand partners, advertising agencies, and grow its revenues in OTT. TDN is the fastest growing streaming network for all things HOME!
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive new sales business for the company playing a key role in the company’s bottom line.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Customer Relationship activities.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate content development ideas.
- Provide client facing service to all brand partners and advertisers.
- Manage client relationships and internal partners to ensure a proper brand experience with revenue generating results.
- Expertise in multi-platform executions for advertiser supported, product integrated, and branded content.
- Travel.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred – or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Experience interfacing with advertisers, agencies, production companies and internal departments
- Deep home industry knowledge, brand relationships, and media agency relationships
- Prior experience at a major brand or agency preferred
- Ability to draft written media plans and calculate CPMs
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
