Argonaut Acquisitions is seeking a Director of Project Management to fill a partner position for Real Estate Acquisitions. This position will need an experienced understanding and knowledge of Real Estate and how investing in Real Estate works. Responsibilities will include;
– Worked under an answer to the COO
– Property Due Diligence
– SOW for value add/contract bids
– Oversee Construction / site visits
– General contractor management
– Experienced with Real Estate Construction, manamment, Investments. **MUST**
This is a Equity Percentage based positions and will be a long term partner in the company. Argonaut Acquisitions plans to reach $300M+ in assets by 2029.
