    Argonaut Acquisitions is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to fill a partner position for Real Estate Acquisitions. This position will need an experienced understanding and knowledge of Real Estate property Management, Leases, Tenant, and Real Estate Investing. Responsibilities will include;

    – Worked under an answer to the COO

    – Liaise with Management Company

    – Review Lease agreements and rent rolls

    – Manage tenants: new leases, management leases, etc.

    – Oversee property management staff

    – Experienced with Real Estate Property Management. **MUST**

    This is a Equity Percentage based positions and will be a long term partner in the company. Argonaut Acquisitions plans to reach $300M+ in assets by 2029.
