    The Property Brokers Group is the largest team at Keller Williams Sunset Corridor! We have over twice as many members of the 2nd largest team, and we are continuing to experience exponential growth. Our office is repeatedly ranked as one of the top 5 offices in the Portland Area. Our team is preparing for our expansion into other markets, and are needing the right people to help build out our Hub location.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • You will be assisting agents with their businesses by performing various functions of their business for them, so that they can have more time to produce at higher levels.
    • Working alongside the Transaction Coordinators to round out the services.
    • Agent marketing services.
    • Agent on-boarding and off-boarding.
    • General clerical duties
    • Creating broker and listing marketing materials.
    • Helping agents with their technology
    • Team social media implementation
    • Helping agents with their social media campaigns
    • Developing and creating systems to help improve business efficiency
    • Building out and maintaining our operations manual and systems
    • Gathering information and creating business reports
    • Establishing, Improving, and Tracking team engagement
    • Direct report to Owner with transaction details, numbers, and business.
    • Typical executive assistant, and secretarial duties to team lead.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Exceeding the expectations of the agent in the various functions mentioned above.
    • Precision and Accuracy in all documents and duties is a must.
    • Take pride in making everyone look great to co-ops, clients, and 3rd parties.
    • Seek ways to make yourself invaluable to your Agents.
    • You must make out team Better!

    Company Profit Share and Team Profit Share are both available.
