Director of Nursing(DON) home care service firm

RN in the State of NJ with a BSN and 2 years combined public health nursing and progressive public health nursing. Experience in either a home care capacity, nursing home, or assisted living experience.

Works well with CHHA;s and Senior and elderly patients to do initial assessments at patients homes, as well as follow up assesments every 30 days.
