Self-directed, well-organized, mission driven RN with at least 5 years of experience as a nursing leader in primary care. Must have experience in training and supervising nurses and medical assistants. Must be able to work independently and on a team. Must be willing to travel.
May be required to attend out of state meetings. This candidate will be responsible for assisting in hiring and on-boarding the nurse/MA team, over-sight of nursing policy/procedure, managing the nursing triage program, and ensure nursing staff is working up to the level of their license.
