Ally’s rapidly expanding marketing team is seeking an experienced Director of Demand Generation to grow, optimize, and execute SEM, SEO, and a variety of new demand generation initiatives. As an expert in your field, you will be responsible for building sales pipeline and driving sustainable growth for our expanding self-service subscriptions and mid-market and enterprise sales.
This role has high visibility in the organization and works closely with senior leadership, sales, customer success, product, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on the development, optimization, and execution of global paid search strategies. Including keyword expansion, geo-targeting, bid optimization, ad copy development, and campaign analysis.
- Develop and execute integrated SEO strategies for organic search to strengthen Ally’s brand and drive demand.
- Analyze channel performance for both SEM and SEO, recommend strategies, lead and execute programs to grow these channels.
- Identify new marketing streams that will attract, engage, and drive new trial subscriptions and customer acquisition.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly on program and channel performance, provide areas for improvement and further optimization.
- Support sales by contextualizing campaigns, driving new MQL and PQL streams, and enable sales outreach strategies.
- Develop and support strong ABM and outbound marketing programs to enable sales to achieve aggressive revenue targets and build future pipeline.
- Work closely with content marketing, product marketing, marketing ops, and customer success to enhance, foster, and nurture an end-to-end buying journey.

- You have a proven history of managing large budgets and delivering reliable results with high returns.
- You are both analytical and creative at solving sophisticated technology and user experience problems.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience required.
- Minimum 5 years in SEM and SEO, including campaign creation, optimization, and analysis required.
- Lead scoring and funnel management experience required.
- Outstanding analytical skills required.
- Certification in AdWords a plus.
- Salesforce and Marketo experience a plus.
