Position Summary
The primary responsibilities are to assists the VP Risk, Governance, and Internal Audit in the development and execution of Governance, Risk and Compliance activities at ADT; including, but are not limited to, the Enterprise Risk Management process based on the principles of the COSO framework, GRC solutions, and the Companies portfolio of administrative policies.
Conducting annual risk assessments; identifying strategic, operational, and regulatory risk
Coordinating and facilitating and preparing all ERM materials for council meetings
Developing analytics to determine the companies risk appetite and understanding the Company’s relative risk position.
Creating Audit Committee and BOD presentations and materials related to ERM.
Reporting – categorizing risk and developing risk metrics…issuing monthly/quarterly reports.
Coordinate the development of risk management programs and policies and procedures agreed to by the ERM council.
Lead GRC efforts within ADT, specifically developing and implementing controls and governance for Segregation of Duties (SOD’s).
Collaborates with Internal Audit and members of the ERM Council to ensure effective internal controls are implemented and maintained throughout the organization.
Building a process and culture of proactive risk identification.
Work closely with ADT’s compliance team in creating, maintaining, and communicating the company’s administrative policies and procedures
Requirements :
A minimum of eight to ten (10) years of related work experience in compliance, audit, and enterprise risk management with required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Strong knowledge and experience with ERM programs and tools
Ability to prepare risk assessments, develop and implement mitigation plans, review and document processes and the effectiveness of corresponding controls
Strong financial aptitude to properly assess budgetary impact of mitigation plans and to properly plan and conduct financial investigations
Working knowledge of and experience applying the COSO framework.
Effective project management skills combined with detail-oriented work practices
Master’s Degree, MBA, or CPA is preferred
ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred) in Finance/Accounting

Demonstrated ability to lead projects.
Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Educational Requirements:
Master’s Degree, MBA, or CPA is preferred
