Superior Cleaners and Tailors is a full service dry cleaning and laundry business. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for over 50 years with 9 convenient store locations.

We have both part time and full time positions available in our 9 convenient store locations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed the customer’s experience and satisfaction
- Take control of daily store operations including: customer relationships, inventory management, complete necessary compliance work
- Cultivate an environment of Superior Customer Service
- Proficiency in operating the business point of sale software
- Proper handling and care of customer’s clothing
- Answer and take phone messages
- Assist in all business operations as needed
- Maintain the proper cleanliness and physical appearance of the store
Qualifications and Skills:
- Positive, can-do, and take ownership attitude
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Prior work experience in retail, customer service or management
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently follow directions
- Excellence in oral and written communication skills
- Escalate and communicate customer requests and issues to management
