COO/Managing Director

If you possess a Master’s Degree in Business and have 10 years of charging industry experience, then this position might be right for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational procedures and processes
• Establish and implement strategic direction of operations for the organization to align with company growth
• Develop KPIs and workflow to measure and improve the company’s operational performance
• Oversee daily operations of workflow, systems and staff
• Use data and metrics to interpret and evaluate business performance
• Advise CEO on strategic business plans to achieve operational success
• Provide leadership and direction to the organization in collaboration with the CEO
• Be a strategic partner to the business by driving the company’s operating philosophy and capabilities
• Ensuring development and implementation of efficient operation systems
• Identify and recommend new processes and technologies to improve and streamline organizational processes
• Strategically driving the business and financial performance
• Plan and administer departmental budgets; ensure the utilization of cost effective methods

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s Degree in Business Management preferred
• 10+ years experience in charging industry; progressive steps through management levels
• EV and Industrial charging product knowledge
• Experience selling charging equipment or similar product
• Knowledge of utility companies
• Global experience and knowledge of charging industry
• Government Funding experience
• Knowledge of best business practices in the industry
• Experience with strategic planning and business development
• Analytically driven; experience with utilizing data and metrics for decision making
• Ability to engage with all levels within an organization, specifically ability to influence senior level management
