Capital City is in immediate need of a person that can thrive in this setting and act as Owner’s Representative on a $35m project due to start early 2020, and at the same time play a significant role in the preconstruction and construction phases of other major projects. Minimum Requirements:
- At least 15 years’ experience managing commercial construction including least 5 years’ experience with multifamily & mixed-use projects
- Experience on high-rise projects in a lead management position
- Experience with concrete structures
- Ability to estimate projects starting at the conceptual phase
- Ability to scrutinize third party contractor estimates and change orders
- Ability to manage Submittals, RFI’s Change Order processes
- Ability to produce and manage detailed project schedules
- Experience reviewing and approving invoices
- Excellent communications skills
- Respectful of coworkers, vendors, inspectors, neighbors, etc.
- Willingness to represent the Owner in all cases

- Urban project locations
- Podium/Stick-built construction
- Experience with Procore or similar PM Software
