Our firm has been in existence since 1995 and includes over 120 years of experience at the Principal position. oysk3 architects have completed many different project types like Cabin/Houses to Retail/Offices to Hotels and Healthcare Facilities like Assisted-Living and Long-term Care and many others.

Basic Function:

The bookkeeper position creates financial transactions and generates reports from that information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.

· Maintain historical records by filing documents.

· Prepares financial reports.

· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

· Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management.

· Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary.

· Pay invoices.

· Accounts Receivables

· Accounts Payable

· Issue invoices to customers.

· Process payroll bi-weekly.

· Assist with tracking receivables.

· Maintain petty cash fund.

· Work with firm’s accountant.

· Provide clerical and administrative support for the firm as requested.
