Full Job Description
The Assistant Manager in partnership with the store management team is responsible to drive the financial results through exceptional store standards, execution of company strategies, and positive customer interaction. The Assistant Manager supports the team in fostering a positive work environment to ensure employee and customer satisfaction. This position has no direct reports but is responsible with the management team on the coaching, training, and performance of the store teams.
