The Assistant House Manager supervises, evaluates, and monitors the work of the direct care staff and clients. Assistant House Managers must possess a minimum of at least one year paid child care experience and at least 2 years of any combination of the following: paid child care or related social work experience, or post high school education in social work or related field. Assistant Managers must have working knowledge and the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities of all subordinate positions. Assistant Managers are required to be approved drivers on our insurance policy. Must pass a motor vehicle records check to be cleared as a driver.
