Brightside Academy is hiring Academy Directors for the downtown Pittsburgh academy (415 Smithfield Street)!

As a highly motivated individual, you will be accountable for an academy that meets the highest state credential requirements, incorporates Brightside Academy’s purpose, organizational goals, values and policies. Your primary focus will be educational student outcomes and the development of positive relationships and on-going collaboration with parents, children, families and the communities we serve.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (child development, special education, or human service field) with 18 ECE credits or OR
- Associate’s degree in Elementary Education with 12 ECE credits
- Leadership experience (preferred)
