Southern Milling and Lumber is currently looking for an energetic individual who enjoys a team atmosphere in a fast paced production environment. Individuals who are interested in this position must be:
- hands on experience with Viking 504 and 505 model pallet machine
- highly skilled
- have management/supervisory experience
- able to pass a drug screen
- able to be E-Verified
- 18 years of age
Job Description:
- Must have experience with Viking 504 and 505 model pallet machine
- Operations and Maintenance of pallet machine
- Supervising employees hired to run machine
- Producing material up to company standards
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining supervisory standards set forth by upper management.
- Follow all safety procedures per company guidelines.
- Good attendance.
- Perform other tasks when asked by upper management.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for 8 â 10 hours per day.
- Bending and reaching
- Lifting lumber up to 50 lbs.
