Duties: Design and develop process-based solutions. Design Enterprise Class Structure and Case Management Solutions. Work on the Full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design. Utilize various rules and features including Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single Sign-On (SSO), External Authentication, PRPC Security Reports, Listeners (File MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services. Work on the application infrastructure build effort and collaborate with infrastructure teams to configure web servers, application server, and database server. Evaluate the options of running applications on cloud including PEGA. Develop reusable assets for Line of Business using Pega, Java and other Open Source technologies. Provide the application architecture and design for the new business initiatives on Pega PRPC platform.


Minimum education required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience in application development, or related experience.


Required Certification:
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
Skills required: Must have experience designing enterprise class structures of case management applications. Experience developing business process maturity model (BPMM) solutions using PRPC in a distributed environment. Experience working on Pega Cloud. Experience using Pega AES, Smart Dispute and CPM frameworks. Experience designing process flows, screen flows and portals for enterprise applications. Experience working with Pega v. 5.5., 6.3, and 7.1. Experience with Pega PRPC, Java, J2EE, XML, UML, SOAP, Unix and Database. Experience with the full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise class structure design and rulesets design. Experience developing rules and features including flows, activities, user interface, flow actions, agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP Services.
