As a Vice President for Resource Management, you will be responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing a clinically integrated supply chain across multiple hospital campuses or a geographic market. You will provide leadership in expense management for a facility, multiple facilities an/or market with an aggregate supply expense budget exceeding one hundred million dollars annually. This position is also responsible for overall operational direction and oversight for Warehousing and Distribution as well as any other assigned supply chain specific activities.
What you will do in this role:

Provide leadership and strategic direction in supply chain operations, supply expense management, and supply chain clinical integration

Provide overall operational direction and oversight for Warehousing and Distribution as well as any other CSC specific activities

Establish a clinically driven culture in Supply Chain through building strong alliances with hospital executives, physicians, and clinicians at all facilities within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with all facilities, market and service center teams, as applicable, to assimilate information from a variety of sources and analyze financial, operational, clinical, quality, and service metrics
- Communicate strategic recommendations and execute a course of action for overall improvement in operations, expense, clinical integration, quality, and service
- Execute operations and expense management plans and report these results to the Supply Chain Chief Executive Officer in an accurate and timely manner
- Participate in the identification, creation, or implementation of tools and best practices
- Successfully integrate department services with primary functions at all facilities within scope of responsibility
- Understand the strategies at all facilities within scope of responsibility, and develop plans to support those strategies
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide or support service level expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or similar required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five years hospital management experience required required
- Large hospital, multiple campus facility experience preferred
