Salary: dependent upon experience. Base + Bonus + Commission

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for meeting Quota for assigned territory
  • Manages Sales Representatives and develops a team approach to meeting goals
  • Works both collaboratively and individually to close new business
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel
  • Meets assigned targets for account penetration and objectives
  • Works with various departments within the organization (tech support, implementations, training) to ensure that clients are retained throughout the life of their contract
  • Maneuver through the sales process from lead generation, to contract negotiations, to final sale

Desired Skills and Experience

7-10 years Healthcare, specifically healthcare IT sales experience is preferable. Experience in the following areas is also valued:

  • Startup environment
  • Clinical Solutions Sales
  • EMR/EHR
  • Healthcare billing and coding
  • SaaS model solutions
  • Polished presentation skills for both remote (web based) and onsite sales meetings
  • Polished presentation skills for executive level meetings
  • Consultative selling, and ability to problem solve on the fly
  • Strong track record of consistent quota achievement

As a member of both the Customer Operations and Sales Teams you will play a pivotal role in ensuring MDTech’s commitment to outstanding products, customer service and company expansion in the marketplace. You will thrive in both independent and team environments, possess outstanding communication skills and be well versed in developing relationships with clients of various backgrounds and personalities.
