Vice President of Pharmacy Development and Operations
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years in a supervisory role within a heath care setting.

Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

FQHC experience preferred.
Duties:

Identifies opportunities to utilize financial reimbursement through available grants, the 340b program, specialty/limited drug distribution and/or previously unidentified medication usage/need.

Supports population based medication utilization evaluations to identify areas for medication use process optimization.

Assists in identification of pharmacy initiatives aimed at medication adherence optimization through close involvement in integrated patient care.

Provide leadership and direction for Pharmacy serviced while achieving high quality customer service.

Provides oversight to support appropriate use of and education for 340b Pharmacy.

Responsible for pharmacy contractual relationships and ensures adherence to the intent of contractual needs to minimize inappropriate billing and maximize reimbursement.

Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment.
