We are now interviewing qualified candidates for VP of Operations. As a licensed, faith-based, Christian full-day ECE and after-school program, we serve families with children from infants through age 12 in our eight locations across the DFW area.
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for marketing, enrollment, and high-level management for academies (existing and/or new launches) for Lionheart Childrenâs Academy (LCA). As a committed follower of Christ, this leader will be passionate about the vision and mission of LCA and will combine this passion with the skill to reach out to the community surrounding academies for successful openings and ongoing excellence in mission, engagement, and impact.
This full-time position will report to the Executive Vice President and will work in concert with key National Office leaders to market multiple new launches, build enrollment for new and existing academies, and ensure the ongoing success of the academies by implementing processes, programs, and culture of the highest caliber.
