Responsibilities (what you’ll do):
- Build corporate infrastructure that is seamless and largely invisible. Employees should be impressed with how amazing everything is and lament its absence when moving on
- Manage an internal help desk for all internal IT issues
- Operations and Management of G Suite, Slack, and other corporate systems. Aggressively look for opportunities to enable self service by people managers where possible
- Hiring, training, mentoring, and retaining a talented IT and Office Experience teams.
- A/V design, implementation, and service oversight, including constant development and improvement of service offerings.
- Global Office Expansion domestically and internationally, with many parallel projects in flight
- Be skilled in lease negotiation and space planning
- Ensure a consistent Pendo experience in our global offices
- Provide strategic leadership related to the evaluation, planning and deployment of technology tools and systems by working with senior business management to align and understand business strategies, and assess and establish priorities on initiatives
- Track progress, understand dependencies, and communicate status to upper management and project partners for all major projects
- Proactively work to remove obstacles and enable forward momentum and progress. Handle issue escalations
- Balance team expectations, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work as a project evolves
Qualifications (what you have):
- 8+ years of Information System Support Leadership with SaaS focused environment
- Strong alignment to Pendo’s Core Values
- Ability to lead large, geographically distributed team while maintaining service SLAs
- Strong leadership behaviors, approachability, and a reputation as an unwavering role model
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level software, hardware, and connectivity
- Significant implementation and management experience with workforce automation tools
- Significant experience in lease negotiations, space planning overseeing leasing projects
- Vendor management experience including selection, contracting, and management of key partners
- Experience supporting a global business
- Ability to prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated track-record for building collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional customer success mindset with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with internal and external stakeholders
