What You Will Do
As an Associate with Seton Family of Hospitals-TX, you will have the opportunity to facilitate mission, vision, goals and objectives for insurance services. Identify growth opportunities including new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and leverages synergies between business units and operations for insurance products.
- Monitors and leverages core capabilities. Drives broad-based organizational change.
- Advocates and communicates insurance strategy within the company.
- Leads strategy implementation and execution efforts.
- Manages activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
What You Will Need
Education:

Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 7 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
