Manage Client Relationships:
§ Works with clients to set business and real estate strategies and execute on those strategies.

§ Large national global point of contact for all transaction-related activities

§ Provides outstanding client support

§ Fosters client relationships and creates strong client trust and confidence

§ Establishing client satisfaction objectives with the Account Director as well as specific programs and initiatives to meet client needs

Talent Management:
§ Leading a national team of transaction managers and financial analysts to deliver real estate transaction services with an outstanding level of client service

§ Coaching and developing senior team members including attracting and retaining top talent

Transactions Support:
§ Large national point of contact for all transaction-related activities

§ Independently manages and executes complex, transactions with high level of proficiency and knowledge

§ Lead key client meetings and conference calls

§ Identify process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity and cost savings and implement them

Account Management & Support / Revenue Growth:
§ Helping the Account Manager expand account services and participate in business development opportunities

§ Contribute to revenue and manage an account’s adjusted growth margin year-to-year growth

§ Identify opportunities to develop new business with Account Directors and other key stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

MINIMUM REQUIRED

PREFERRED

Education/training:
§ BA or BS required

§ Masters, MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred

Years of relevant experience:
§ 10-15 years of relevant transaction management work experience

§ CRE experience

Skills and knowledge:
§ Seasoned transactions management experience

§ Proven skills in contract review and lease/purchase and sale negotiations

§ Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts

§ Strong, verbal and written communication and presentation skills

§ Excellent negotiating, analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational/planning and process skills

§ Outstanding client service skills

§ Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)

§ Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives

§ Proven ability to manage a team consisting of dedicated and variable Transaction Manager, Sr. Analyst and Analyst level resources. Coach and develop direct reports to reach full potential

§ Strong client trust and confidence

§ Ability to lead diverse teams and identify and develop top talent

§ Strong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analytics

Certifications/licenses

§ Real estate brokerage or salesperson license
