Account Management & Support / Revenue Growth:
§ Helping the Account Manager expand account services and participate in business development opportunities
§ Contribute to revenue and manage an account’s adjusted growth margin year-to-year growth
§ Identify opportunities to develop new business with Account Directors and other key stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
MINIMUM REQUIRED
PREFERRED
Education/training:
§ BA or BS required
§ Masters, MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
Years of relevant experience:
§ 10-15 years of relevant transaction management work experience
§ CRE experience
Skills and knowledge:
§ Seasoned transactions management experience
§ Proven skills in contract review and lease/purchase and sale negotiations
§ Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts
§ Strong, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
§ Excellent negotiating, analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational/planning and process skills
§ Outstanding client service skills
§ Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
§ Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives
§ Proven ability to manage a team consisting of dedicated and variable Transaction Manager, Sr. Analyst and Analyst level resources. Coach and develop direct reports to reach full potential
§ Strong client trust and confidence
§ Ability to lead diverse teams and identify and develop top talent
§ Strong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analytics
