POSITION SUMMARY
This position is for a full time Project Manager focusing on Site Development projects for Spicer Group.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares project proposals with subsequent project management responsibilities including: budgeting, scheduling, directing teams, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines, and communicating with all team members and clients
- Prepares plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
- Responsible for quality control and oversight of proposals and reports, makes recommendations when necessary
- Visits construction sites and meets with clients to review conditions
- Technically involved in the resolution of design problems that may include performing field investigations or inspections, detailed design work and checking of design computations performed by others, or general coordination of specific design aspects
- Performs business development and marketing responsibilities such as proposal preparation, client contacts and development, presentations, and attendance at client related functions
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelorâs degree in civil engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer
- 5 or more yearsâ experience in site development project management
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You can easily communicate with coworkers and clients orally and in written form
- You have experience in AutoCAD or computer modeling software
