SITE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Site Construction Manager to join our team! You will oversee site project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation from empty lot to build ready. If you like to work hard and play hard we’re looking for you!

About you:
We look for candidates who are organized, respectful, goal oriented and dependable and who have an awesome, happy attitude. You’ll need experience in residential production homes and a valid driver’s license. Lastly, but not required, a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities for our Site Construction Managers are:
- Oversee all aspects of site construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications for our Site Construction Project Managers are:
- 5 years Previous experience in site construction management, mass site grading and infrastructure installation
- Familiarity with construction management software, knowledge of Cova is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
