Job Responsibilities: * Directing all aspects of the BDC effort including inbound and outbound calls; customer satisfaction index (CSI) surveys; and customer retention
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering service questions received via phone and/or internet
- Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
- Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered.
Job Requirements * Automotive Dealership BDC Management experience encouraged.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written. Strong email and phone presence is a must.
- Exceptional leadership skills * Outstanding organizational skills * Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment. Must thrive under pressure!
