    Scrum Master/Agile Coach

    Our client is seeking one Scrum Master/Agile Coach (SMAC). The SMAC will help with planning, strategizing and implementing small to large scale transformations of team/s from waterfall to small iterative development and testing cycles, applying the industry best practice, standards, and methodologies and project support under the direction of client management. The SMAC will work in a team environment.

    Skills

    • Agile development life cycle Required 9 Years
    • Team Foundation Server Required 4 Years
    • Experience training staff and introducing complex topic to diverse groups Required 4 Years
    • Experience developing, documenting and implementing iterative development life cycle standards Required 5 Years
    • Utilizing TFS reporting features to manage department and team workload/capacity Required 5 Years
    • Experience in Mentoring and coaching multiple teams Required 4 Years
    • Create and maintain the team Product/ Iteration Backlogs using Team Foundation Server Required 4 Years
