Engineering – Project Management

Job Description

Scrum Master that will focus on engineering product delivery using Agile methodology principles and practices. He or she will be required to work closely with engineering, product management, customers, customer service, and other groups to help gather requirements, develop solutions, and debug issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead 2-4 scrum teams.
  • At a team level, responsible for coordinating and facilitating all team meetings related to daily stand-up, planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Ability to finish assigned tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Maintains a positive attitude throughout typical work-related challenges.
  • Interfaces well with individuals outside of engineering.
  • Communicates effectively with peers.
  • Organizes time and workflow to maximum productivity.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in recognizing and solving problems.

Basic Requirements

  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience is required.
  • CSM or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business to address issues.
  • Proficient in Google Suite
