Our sales managers are responsible for managing a team of sales associates. This includes scheduling, monitoring employee performance, training, assisting with customer sales, interacting with customers, employee performance evaluation, opening and closing the store, and other duties as assigned.

We are looking for experienced automotive sales managers who are organized, motivated, and willing to work in a high stress and fast-paced environment. All employees must be able to speak, understand, and write in the English language. The ability to also speak, understand and write Spanish is a plus. A basic knowledge of computers and MS Office programs is required. Experience with Dealersocket and CDK is required.

Summary

This job is primarily responsible for managing the day to day functions of the individual team sales associates while maximizing sales production for the store.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have managerial sales experience in a high volume store.
  • Must be proficient in DealerSocket and CDK.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

  • A valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only. All employees in this position must pass a written driving test administered by Off Lease Only.
