Key responsibilities include:
- managing your assigned location/operation with a high degree of honesty, integrity, and professionalism;
- working with employees to develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives;
- direct responsibility for ensuring cost-effective operations, including vendor management;
- recruiting, training and inspiring employees;
- leading and motivating employees to achieve sales goals;
- building brand awareness through social media and other marketing campaigns; and,
- monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on sales and performance objectives to the National Director.
We need a person who has:
- the ability to recruit and train employees;
- a strong, outgoing âgo-getterâ type personality;
- retail or wholesale sales experience;
- experience marketing big-ticket items;
- strong computer skills;
- the ability to create
- a background in management or leadership roles with progressive responsibility;
- outstanding organizational, leadership, negotiation and time management skills;
- a strong desire and self-motivation to achieve and exceed personal and business goals;
- exceptional communication skills;
- College degree in Business or related discipline preferred, but not necessarily required – we know the value of sales and/or retail experience!
- the ability to work as the circumstances of the position dictate; and,
- the ability to successfully pass a background check which may include credit, criminal, educational and/or work histories.
Please note, due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate will have good credit (650+) and a clean criminal background (other than minor traffic offenses.)
