A Restaurant General Manager’s goal is to achieve or exceed the restaurant’s annual sales and profit plan by motivating and developing restaurant personnel toward the achievement of operational excellence and active involvement in local store marketing and community activities. Motivate, lead and inspire team to achieve or exceed goals, drive results and build a good culture through operational excellence, training, leadership and community involvement.
