WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
KEY DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Promote and create an environment that encourages repeat business as well as source new business:
- To ensure high levels of service are achieved on all projects
- To achieve a pre-defined level of repeat business
- To support the BD team in the attraction of new clients to the organisation and penetrate into new areas (e.g. therapy franchises) of more established clients
- To promote the unique services of the company internationally, at congresses and directly when interacting with client contacts
- Ensure all projects obtain high customer satisfaction scores
- Delivering an agreed target turnover of projects by the team (targets will be dependent on size of team):
- To meet the set project turnover targets
- Effectively manage and develop a team of researchers:
- To provide appropriate directing, coaching, supporting and delegation
- To manage and monitor agreed plans and milestones
- To provide timely feedback and recognition
- To effectively use the Company’s PDR process to motivate and develop individuals
- To encourage learning and development
- Being responsible for the high quality delivery of projects when in leader role:
- To manage a project team of market research directors, managers and executives
- To ensure that all work, including the supervision of questionnaire development, interviewing, analysis, presentation writing is undertaken to the highest standard
- To write proposals and cost for qualitative international studies
- Ensure the successful implementation of TPS research methodologies:
- Be the expert on TPS methods and techniques
- Provide support to research teams on all TPS methods
- As part of the management team, actively contribute to the strategic and tactical direction of the Company:
- To get involved in the strategic and tactical planning and decision making process
- To actively participate in the short, medium and long-term development of the organisation, the business and the resources of the organisation
- To play an active part in new product development, service and methodology development
- To contribute to the company via pillar responsibilities as individually agreed
- Advising and supporting Global Operations in the resourcing of research projects
- To maximise resource availability in the team consistent with quality standards of delivery

We’re looking for you if:
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a market research agency with time spent with a pharmaceutical focus
- Client-side experience an advantage
- An expert in ad-hoc qualitative market research techniques
- Team management and development experience
- Ability to deliver high quality standards to clients
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies
- A good understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
