Job Objective:

RoofClaim.com a division of JasperINC is seeking an experienced professional to our Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Regional Vice President will plan, organize, direct, manage, review and evaluate the activities, operations, programs and services provided by our company. The VP will be a key member of the Leadership Team and be responsible for identifying current and future opportunities in the Residental Roofing market. This individual will work to identify, pursue and win project opportunities which meet the short and long term goals and objectives of our company.


Vice President Duties and Goals:

  • Provide leadership and support to drive profitable sales and results in operations through analysis, design and implementation.
  • Develop and implement methods and systems to control operating costs
  • Conduct site visits to stay abreast of industry trends and issues
  • Implement new strategies and organizational planning
  • Set clear goals for field management, measure results and maintain accountability for team
  • Manage personnel, cost and quality
  • Evaluate and monitor company financials
  • Drive achievement of revenue and growth goals by focusing on sales methodology
  • Set goals and develop sales and marketing strategy as part of strategic planning process
  • Develop and maintain a strong industry involvement that is directly beneficial to Roofclaim.com
  • Manage the resolution and escalation of issues that arise through the pursuit of opportunities
  • Proactively meet with customers on regularly basis post-award to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels
  • Makes sales calls and cold calls with pursuit team to establish executive level presence, build understanding of customer and sales issues and confirm and develop the sales competencies
  • Confirm that market specific sales and marketing plans are consistent with overall business goals
  • Analyze and provide strategic recommendations to marketing and sales plans for market sectors, including concepts such as opportunity map, target accounts, forecast, sales strategies and tactics
  • Build relationships with the Corporate Recruiter and Sales Trainer to ensure the employment goals of our company

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in construction or related industry
  • 5+ years in business development and operations with demonstrated results
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Travel Required – throughout the regional market
  • Proven operations, sales and business development database management skills
  • Superior organizational and writing skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Proven sales management skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop winning strategies to secure new and repeat business
  • Business and strategic planning capability
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively implement training programs
