Property Manager â San Gabriel Valley Area
JP Property Management is an established growing Property Management company in the San Gabriel Valley area. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable professional to join our team to oversee and handle all daily functions of Property Management. This person will keep up to speed with current property management tasks, including but not limited to facilitating landlord and tenant communication, problem solving difficult situations, reviewing financial statements, creating opportunities for business development, and keeping systems and records up to date.
Qualifications:
- Property management experience in managerial position
- Strong writing and communication skills with problem solving mindset
- Report daily of all tasks at hand for clear communication and record keeping purposes
- Perform with strong sense of urgency in response to landlord or tenant issues
- Knowledgeable of repair process and can give sound advice to landlord
- Willing to work anytime during the day and respond to inquiries and requests early in the morning, evening and weekends
