EXPERIENCE: Minimum requirement of 5 years experience in commercial construction Project Management. BS Degree in Construction Management.
REQUIREMENTS: High level of integrity, honesty, and character. Ability to understand project details in regard to subcontractor scopes, costs, and scheduling to effectively buy-out the project. Establish accurate cost control budget as well as monitoring, maintaining, and projecting accurate job costs throughout project time line. Communicate effectively and manage project team in collaboration with Project Superintendent. Build and cultivate long term and dependent relationships with clients, architects and subcontractors. Honest and transparent reporting to upper management of project conditions.
