Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand the process of Commercial Remodel and Construction
- Ability to estimate job costs and formulate bids
- Ability to physically teach employees how to lay flooring, mud/sand walls, hang drywall, set cabinetry, paint walls, trim, cut/set ceiling tile. etc.
- Responsible for the level of quality in all jobs
- Walk every job every day
- Assist in instilling companies safety culture
- Make clear the expectations of those under supervision
- Document all activities and assist company with reports
- Assuring compliance with state laws and safe work practices
- Attend construction meetings and staff meetings
- Any other duties assigned by senior project manager or President
- Ability to lead job teams to a common goal
- Meet with senior project manager and president weekly
- Report daily time sheet to controller daily
- Manage tool and material controls
- Willingness to learn our home building methods
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Construction Related degree highly preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
- Successfully pass new-hire and random Federal DOT drug testing
- Extensive knowledge of building design and commercial remodel

Salary: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
