Information Sciences Consulting, Inc. (ISCI), a VA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company, has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our team in support of the En Route and Oceanic Integration and Interoperability Facility (EOIIF) Support Services in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Shall possess resource/personnel management skills.
  • Shall manage a team of engineers and technical support personnel in executing contract tasking.
  • Shall also be prepared to perform the following tasks:
    • Meet with EIIF FAA staff to discuss upcoming projects, staffing, scheduling and other facility issues.
    • Meet with lab customers to determine needed lab resources or to discuss technical issues related to their projects.
    • Manage laboratory resource and contract support personnel scheduling.
    • Coordinate lab schedule with users and contract support personnel.
    • Resolve lab schedule conflicts.
  • Oral/Written Status Reports, Written Progress Reports, Program/Project Management Status Reports and Monthly Laboratory Operations Documentation
  • Quarterly Program Performance Review and Reports on Reviews/Meetings/Trips
  • Comments on project documentation as required, Special Technical Reports as needed and Technical White Papers as needed

Requirements:

  • PMP certification is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience is required (Two of these years must be in a lead role).
  • Experience managing projects at the FAA William J Hughes Technical Center is preferred.
