2008, we’ve averaged over 38% year-over-year growth. We are currently expanding our footprint from our headquarters in Chantilly, VA into Montgomery County and we’re searching for a Full-Time Operations Manager to help launch our new Gaithersburg MD location.

An Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our Maryland expansion with a proven talent for developing and leading teams.

What you bring to the table

This isn’t your first time being at the controls of an organization this size or larger. Here is what you’ve done:

  • You have experience leading a 30+ organization or team with revenues of $3-5M+
  • You have 5-8 years of direct leadership experience in similar service-related industries
  • You’ve worked for an organization that places a high degree of importance on their front-line employees
  • A proven track record demonstrates strength for strategic thinking and long-term vision
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through significant change
