Job Overview

As a Manager, you will work closely with the Principal Investigator (MD) and Sub-Investigators (MD, NP, or PA) to conduct trials per GCP guidelines. The Manager plays a critical role in the conduct and success of the clinical trial including leading oversight of all research coordinators, supporting recruitment and quality assurance. Comprehensively, you will oversee all studies at a site and ensure patient and client satisfaction throughout the clinical trial. Once proven to possess a firm grasp of the end-to-end execution of study protocols, company operations, and recruitment tactics, the Manager may evolve into a Regional Manager managing multiple of the company’s research sites in a specific geographic area.

Key Duties

  • Ensuring the clinical site provides an overall positive experience for our patients
  • Learning and preparing for new clinical research trials at the site
  • Assisting in setting site specific and company goals
  • Training new hires
  • Management of team members at the site
  • Site schedule management
  • Organizing all patient visits
  • Ensuring team member hours are scheduled appropriately for the patient schedule
  • Working with physicians to schedule their portion of the patient’s visit
  • Attending Investigator Meetings (US based, all expenses paid)
  • Organizing all documentation and regulatory submissions
  • Assisting in patient recruitment (social media, radio, TV, calls)
  • Assisting in business development

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S) required
  • Master’s Degree in Science or Masters in Public Health or related field is a plus
  • Previous Research or Healthcare experience is not required
  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience
