This position is based in San Francisco, CA and will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly manage a team of recruiters and sourcers dedicated to hiring for all levels of technical roles across the organization
  • Develop direct reports and ensure team members are performing optimally through guidance on career growth, performance reviews, and continuous rigorous feedback while providing mentorship and guidance to the broader recruiting team
  • Track metrics and pipeline activity for team and manage reporting on hiring progress out to execs and cross-functional partner
  • Work directly with recruiting/business leaders to deeply understand the requirements for all hires and their impact on the company and product as a whole
  • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and closing-related strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of technical recruitment experience with a minimum of 3 years of technical Recruiting leadership experience
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written communications
  • Ability to influence change through the use of data, metrics, and insights
  • Professional business acumen and experience working with complex organizations in high-growth mode
  • Experience building, coaching, developing, and managing recruiting teams within corporate environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
