About this Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, data-driven VP of Revenue Strategy & Operations. The ideal candidate understands the importance of revenue, scalable systems and business models and is passionate about process optimization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Build and maintain the catalog of products and services sold by Fairygodboss
  • Determine and continually reevaluate pricing and sales package definitions
  • Manages inventory and tracks capacity
  • Collect customer feedback and performance success of various offerings
  • Ideate and makes suggestions for new products and services (including rationalization and sunsetting if necessary)
  • Maintain inventory of core internal documentation (playbooks, cheat-sheets) and communicate changes to marketing department for selling materials
  • Project manage fulfillment of all products, services and packages sold
  • Build and maintain weekly tracker for all customers (individually and in aggregate) in terms of their standing on package components
  • Work with various cross-functional teams (content, user marketing, social) to ensure contracted obligations are fulfilled
  • Proactively identify areas of under-fulfillment and suggest resolutions
  • Determine and track the cost of fulfillment of all products for margin calculation and improvement
  • Play a key role in internal communication (including change management) across AE’s, Account Managers, fulfilment team and leadership team
  • Document, communicate, train, and ensure adoption of any product or internal process changes that affect the sales, customer success, and / or fulfillment teams
  • Manage 1-2 program / fulfillment managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years operations management experience, with specific work experience in pricing and package definition
  • Have a track record of cross-functional department communication and relationship building
  • You are independent, self-directed and you strive for excellence
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
