Position Overview
The Manager is a business partner accountable for leading a team to deliver operational and financial standards on all shifts. The Manager has overall responsibility for assessing the Assistant Manager performance to identify opportunities for development and coach for improvement. The Manager will partner directly with his/her District Manager to exceed guest and company expectations in Customer Satisfaction, Associate Satisfaction, Sales Growth, and Profits. This is a family owned company and request that the Manager:
- Ensure that each guest is completely satisfied during their visit. Guest satisfaction is your number one priority.
- Complete all daily paperwork including Voids, Comps and Promos at the store level including all other necessary paperwork to ensure the profitability of the store.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in your unit at all times.
- Enforce all brands standards, company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company, with professionalism at all times. Treat all team members with dignity and respect.
- Manage the HR function at the store level and ensure that all new hire paperwork, payroll data, disciplinary actions, and personal data sheets are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Train all levels of staff in proper operations of the unit for POS systems, back of house functions to all levels of front of house operations including Guest Service and all positional duties.
- Create a safe environment free of harassment
- Deliver best in class QSC standards
- Must be competent with 24/7 hospitality operations
Experience
- Restaurant Management: 3 years
- Manager Food Sanitation and Allergen Certified – Preferred
